Connect Program Overview

Designed specifically for passionate individuals with 5-15 Years of work experience who are eager to make a difference. Connect offers a unique opportunity to network with peers across various business sectors. Our jam-packed program days feature dynamic professional development segments, ensuring participants gain valuable insights and skills to thrive in their leadership journey.

But Connect is more than just a program, it is a catalyst for meaningful change. We link groups of participants with non-profits and organizations, empowering them to contribute their unique perspectives and expertise for the betterment of our community.

Participation & Selection

Recruiting emerging leaders from every sector across greater Huntsville, Connect ensures a dynamic and well-rounded cohort. Selection into the program is rigorous, based on criteria including personal integrity, a track record of community achievement, and a commitment to setting and attaining ambitious goals.
