Welcome to Focus, your passport to understanding and engaging with the vibrant community of Greater Huntsville. This interactive, two-and-a-half day program is designed for individuals who are new to the region, seeking a refresher on local happenings, or eager to experience Leadership Greater Huntsville in a condensed format.

Through a fast-paced and immersive experience, Focus introduces participants to the challenges and opportunities facing our area. Focus includes individuals of all ages, professions, industries, and experience levels, united by a shared commitment to servant leadership and community involvement.

Who Should Apply?

Anyone is welcome to apply for Focus! From newcomers to native residents of greater Huntsville, we know you’ll enjoy this fascinating insider’s look at our community. Classes include participants from all sectors of the community. Busy executives, civic volunteers, retirees, small business owners, young professionals, and nonprofit leaders all participate in Focus on a yearly basis.

Target Candidates: Anyone with enthusiasm to learn more about greater Huntsville and wants to take a more active role as a citizen should participate in Focus. Typically, participants range from newcomers to the community to long-time residents.

FOCUS CLASS 50 INFORMATION - April 8-10, 2026

Wednesday, April 8, 2026, 2-5 pm
Thursday, April 9, 2026, 8am-5pm
Friday, April 10, 2026, 7am-5pm

*Focus will begin on that Wednesday in the afternoon. Focus will last the entire day on Thursday and Friday.*

 

Tuition: $1,750

We offer this two-and-a-half-day program twice per year, once in the Fall and once in the Spring.
