Spark gives college students, graduate students and recent graduates an inside look at the careers, industries, and people shaping Greater Huntsville. Along the way, they build connections and discover opportunities they may not have known existed.

"I really appreciate how much of the program was actually hands-on. We weren't just sitting in a classroom listening to presentations every day. We got to meet people, see different parts of Huntsville, volunteer, ask questions, and experience the community firsthand. I think SPARK does a really good job of getting students to think bigger about what they can actually do in their community. I definitely don't look at Huntsville the same way I did before the program, and I think that's probably the biggest compliment I can give the program."

I was really unsure going into it since it was definitely outside of my comfort zone and required me to take a week off of work, but I feel like a learned a lot about Huntsville and gained a lot of confidence in myself this week.
