Welcome to Flagship, the pinnacle of leadership development for established senior leaders in our community. Our annual ten-month program is tailored for seasoned professionals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership experience and success across significant business operations.

Flagship Program Overview

Flagship goes beyond traditional leadership training. It provides participants with an immersive experience, offering in-depth knowledge of our community and opportunities to give back through small group projects. From exploring the Economic Base and Innovation to delving into Education, Human Services, Healthcare, and Government sectors, our program dives deep into the fabric of greater Huntsville.

Throughout the journey, participants engage in small-group projects designed to enact immediate and meaningful change in the community. Flagship emphasizes the importance of leadership through service and fosters collaboration among participants across professional sectors.

Participation & Selection 

Selection into Flagship is rigorous and based on criteria including personal integrity, a track record of community achievement, and a strong commitment to increasing community involvement. Participants are chosen by a committee of Leadership Greater Huntsville graduates who understand the importance of selecting individuals with the drive and dedication to complete the program.
